DESCRIPTION

The Influencer & Brand Talent Manager FR will lead Celsius’ influencer strategy, building authentic relationships with creators, athletes, and Student Brand Ambassadors (SBA) to amplify our presence and drive cultural relevance.

This role is both strategic and executional; identifying growth opportunities, launching creative collaborations, and strengthening our brand across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about energizing brands and connecting with active, on-the-go consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and recruit influencers, athletes, and SBAs who align with Celsius’ brand values and lifestyle positioning.
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet campaign objectives and timelines.
• Develop and oversee Brand Ambassador and Student Brand Ambassador programs that foster long-term advocacy and authentic brand representation.
• Coordinate content collaborations, ensuring creative output reflects Celsius’ tone of voice and visual identity.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize influencer strategies and ROI.
• Work cross-functionally with social media and brand managers to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in influencer marketing or talent management within lifestyle or FMCG brands.
• Strong network and understanding of influencer landscape in France.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in French and English
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and culture, aligned with the “Live Fit” ethos.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
