Description du poste
Mission

We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to lead the execution of our pilot line and commercial demonstration plant, ensuring our technology moves seamlessly from process design to industrial reality.

You will structure, coordinate, and drive the delivery of both projects — on time, on budget, and with technical excellence.

Today, most synthetic textiles are made from crude oil, and less than 1% are recycled back into new fibers. We’re here to change that. Our team has developed a patented depolymerization process that breaks down nylon-rich textile waste into virgin-equivalent nylon monomers — while separating materials like elastane, polyester, and cotton for further recycling.

If you want to help bring truly circular materials to global scale — and solve one of the textile industry’s biggest sustainability challenges — come build with us.

Industrial Project Manager

Location : Paris (On-Site)

Salary : £Doe + Company Benefits including Equity

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the industrialization roadmap : build and maintain the master schedule for the pilot line and demo plant, define milestones and dependencies, lead project reviews, ensure effective reporting and follow‑up, and keep all contributors aligned with targets.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders — process engineers, R&D, engineering firms, suppliers, and site operators — to secure technical coherence, information flow, and timely delivery.
  • Translate process design into actionable plans, ensuring pilot operations generate the data needed for engineering studies and demo‑scale design.
  • Oversee project budget, procurement, and resources, tracking costs, contracts, and partner deliverables while ensuring documentation accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive proactive risk management and de‑risking, identifying bottlenecks early and implementing mitigation actions with clear accountability.
  • Ensure proper documentation management, maintaining clear structure, revision traceability, and efficient sharing of documents across internal teams and external partners.
Required Background
  • Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) from a top‑tier university.
  • 7+ years of experience leading industrial or chemical project execution (pilot to demo or industrial scale).
  • Proven track record coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects involving engineering firms, suppliers, and operational sites.
  • Experience with process scale‑up, plant integration, or technology deployment (including engineering documentation and deliverables) in the chemical or recycling sector.
  • Experience in budget and risk management, procurement coordination, and industrial readiness assessments.
Required Skills
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills, able to structure complex roadmaps and keep multiple partners aligned.
  • Fluent in the language of engineering, able to translate process requirements into project actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management — clear, concise, and proactive.
  • Rigorous, data‑driven, solution‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.
  • Mastery of project management tools and methods (timeline control, risk tracking, decision logging, reporting).
  • Full professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
