Une entreprise d'assurance internationale basée à Paris recherche un(e) stagiaire en analyse financière pour rejoindre son équipe dès mars 2026. Le candidat idéal possède des compétences analytiques solides, est à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral en anglais, et maîtrise Excel à un niveau avancé. Il/elle participera à l'analyse de performance financière, et contribuera à des recherches sur des solutions d'assurance inclusives. Qualifications

• Capacité à consolider et résumer des informations de sources diverses.
• Anglais courant écrit et parlé; le français est un plus.
• Compétences avancées en Excel, expérience avec VBA et PowerBI est un atout.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les performances financières et commerciales dans le secteur de l'assurance inclusif.
• Préparer, consolider et nettoyer des données pour AXA.
• Conduire des analyses quantitatives des solutions d'assurance inclusives.
• Maintenir et améliorer les outils d'analyse commerciale.
• Réaliser des études approfondies sur des sujets spécifiques.

VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS

We are looking for our next Inclusive Insurance Financial Analysis intern/apprentice as of March 2026 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Within AXA EssentiALL, you will join the Strategy, Performance management and Impact team as Inclusive Insurance Financial Analyst.

What You'll Do

• Bring your financial and business performance analysis skills for the progress of our Inclusive Insurance ambition
• Support AXA EssentiALL's reporting and planning processes:
  • Preparation of data request material to AXA entities around the world
  • Reception, consolidation, and data cleaning
  • Analysis of main trends and potential gaps vs. target
  • Preparation of conclusions and recommendations material for AXA's decision makers
• Conduct quantitative analysis of Inclusive Insurance solutions around the world, using the largest inclusive insurance business database in the market
• Contribute to the maintenance adaptation and enhancement of business analytics tools
• Develop in-depth studies of specific topics relating to the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space:
  • Support benchmark analysis of the inclusive insurance and ESG landscape
  • Country-specific or customer segment-specific research

VOTRE PROFIL

Who You Are

• Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail, capable of consolidating and summarizing information from diverse sources.
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken. French language skills optional but preferred
• MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point - advanced level (mandatory)
• Advanced excel skills, VBA and PowerBI is a strong plus
