WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
You will join Gameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions.
Your mission will be to lead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) within COMBO! The Gaming Media Network.
What it means on a daily basis :
- Manage and structure the production of creative concepts from brief to delivery (mockups, prototypes, interactive videos, mini-games).
- Handle timelines, resources, priorities, and budgets across creative, technical, and commercial teams.
- Participate in ideation and translate client needs into feasible and relevant creative proposals.
- Manage and coordinate a diverse team of internal and external creative talents (designers, motion artists, HTML5 developers) in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Formalize and optimize production workflows (processes, templates, best practices) to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Support commercial pitches by preparing visual presentations, prototypes, and interactive formats.
You will report to our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft and manage a team of two designers, working in close collaboration with the product and technical teams.
Recruitment Process

- Interview with the Hiring Manager, our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft: This interview aims to evaluate your suitability for the role, assess your technical skills, and answer any technical questions you may have about the position.
- Final interview with our EVP, Gameloft for Brands: This final stage provides an opportunity to discuss the previous interviews in more depth and to assess the strategic aspects of the role.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong experience in creative project management / digital production (agency, studio, adtech).
- Deep understanding of rich media and digital advertising formats (HTML5, playable ads, interactivity).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and creative toolsets (Adobe Suite, Figma).
- Good understanding of UX, storytelling, and technical constraints of interactive experiences.
- Comfortable using AI tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway) for ideation and creative support.
