Qualifications

What you will do
  • Coordinate the end-to-end deployment process for new clients, managing everything from equipment preparation to final installation to ensure a timely go-live
  • Configure, install, and set up our Deliverect and Kiosk solutions, providing hands-on training to empower clients and their
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding phase, building strong relationships to maximize satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey and successful handover post-onboarding
  • Collect and deliver crucial client feedback to our technical and product teams, directly contributing to product enhancements and process improvements
  • Mentor junior team members by acting as a technical reference, leading training sessions, and supporting their professional growth
  • Proactively monitor client progress and identify potential issues, offering expert guidance to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of our solution
What you wil bring
  • A proven track record of 2 years in a client-facing role such as customer onboarding, implementation, or technical project management, with demonstrated experience managing SMB clients
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership of complex client deployments, troubleshoot issues independently, and propose innovative solutions to improve the customer experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust, explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and persuade clients toward best practices
  • Professional fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills required to interact with a diverse range of clients and internal teams
  • Spanish would be a plus
  • Natural leadership abilities and a strong team-player mentality, ready to mentor junior colleagues and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams
  • A deep sense of empathy and a client-first orientation, allowing you to anticipate customer needs and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and care
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment; knowledge of the Foodtech or SaaS industry is a significant plus
