This fully remote role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance for international teams, particularly those in Germany. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in HR functions and a strong grasp of both recruitment processes and international hiring. Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Executive.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Experience with remote or international teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools.

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to support our growing international workforce. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and compliance support for remote teams, with a primary focus on Germany-based hiring and operations.

This is a remote engagement, ideal for HR professionals who are experienced in working with distributed teams and international hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and documentation
  • Assist in performance management processes and monthly evaluations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and talent requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Executive
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Experience handling remote or international teams (preferred)
  • Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools
