Description du poste

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior functional leadership, shaping global HR strategies and driving transformation initiatives across multiple countries. This role provides thought leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management, ensuring alignment with Koch’s PBM principles and global priorities. The Senior HRBP leads cross-country HR initiatives and mentors other HRBPs to build organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and influence global HR priorities for the function in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development across regions.
  • Represent HR in global functional leadership forums and decision-making processes.
  • Drive integration of HR technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Functional & Country Oversight

  • Provide oversight for HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Manage Works Council (CSE) relations, organize meetings, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Monitor global HR metrics and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions.

Transformation & Capability Building

  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Mentor and coach HRBPs to strengthen functional HR capability.
  • Champion continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive HR experience in senior business partner roles within multinational, matrix environments.
  • Expertise in strategic HR disciplines, organizational design, and global compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS platforms (Infor HCM preferred).
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus.
