HR Manager (m/f/d) DLL France and AGCO Finance France

The HR Manager for DLL France and AGCO Finance France is a true business partner to our management teams and international colleagues. With a focus on business challenges and their people‑management aspects, you will successfully drive the people agenda. You will be a voting member of the French Management Team and report hierarchically to the French General Manager, AGCO Finance. The role is responsible for managing the HR team and a total member population of 200 people based in La Défense (Paris) and Beauvais.
Day to day
- Pro‑actively contribute to the strategic goals of the French Management Teams, developing and managing local and global HR change plans, policies, tools and processes to align personnel requirements with business objectives.
- Hold functional responsibility for all HR matters in AGCO Finance France and DLL France.
- Lead a team of HR assistants, HR Business Partners and an HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with French labour laws, prepare HR documentation, facilitate constructive dialogue between management and employee representatives, and support negotiations on organisational changes, working conditions and employee welfare.
- Apply strategic change management experience to upcoming projects such as changing the payroll provider and transitioning to a new HR system.
- Translate business strategy into workforce and culture initiatives (e.g., linked with engagement survey follow‑up).
- Drive innovative HR initiatives, contributing to the development of the local HR function and to organisational development strategy on a global level.
- Champion change, initiating and sustaining transformation at both individual and organisational levels.
- Develop a local HR plan that translates the global and European HR strategy into aligned actions and projects for local issues.
- Deliver HR processes in a control and compliance environment following local and global regulatory requirements.

Essential qualifications
- Masters degree in human resources and/or equivalent qualification.
- 6–10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership capacity.
- Depth of experience in generalist activities including organisational and leadership development, talent management, reward & recognition, change management and HR operations.
- Good labour law knowledge and experience working with employee representatives.
- Experience in strategic change management and business transformation.
- Strong business and commercial acumen – demonstrable link between HR strategy and business revenue.
- International orientation, preferably through experience in a multinational organisation.
