A global leader in resource management is seeking an HR Business Partner for their Chalon-sur-Saône factory. This role involves driving the people agenda, managing HR operations, and building a strong culture. Ideal candidates have experience in HR within manufacturing, along with fluency in French and English. The position offers a hybrid work model with some travel necessary within France.

You’ll be the HRBP for our Chalon-sur-Saône factory and partner with a business unit-wide, cross-functional team (e.g., R&D, Service, Sales) at global scale. You’ll drive the people’s agenda, strengthen culture, and run core HR operations in close collaboration with our HR Shared Service Center and global HR network. Key responsibilities include:
