Product and Development

Besides ensuring our products operate smoothly, this team develops all features and the innovation behind them.

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js or a similar modern frontend framework for Front end positions is required.
• Strong proficiency with PHP and Laravel frameworks, as well as MongoDB and MySQL databases, is valuable for Back end developer positions.
• Understanding of NLP techniques, semantic extraction, data structures, modeling, and software architecture design is highly valuable within our AI Engineering team.
• Previous experience in SaaS B2B product management is extremely valuable for Product Management roles.
• Understanding and agreement with Agile principles is required.

Sales

This team is responsible for closing deals with new clients and upselling to current ones through product demos, partnerships, and industry events.

• Experience in Business Development (new business acquisition) is highly valuable.
• Experience in Hotel-Tech and SaaS B2B sales is highly valuable.
• Experience targeting markets like France, Spain, DACH, UK, Iberia is valuable.
• Must be based in the targeted market and available to travel.

Marketing

This team plans and executes press and marketing campaigns to boost our customer base and retention through content creation and advertising.

• Comfort with marketing and analytics tools such as CRM systems and content management platforms is valuable.
• Performance marketing experience is mandatory for some roles.
• Experience in Hotel-Tech or SaaS B2B products is highly valuable.
• Experience in our markets (France, Spain, DACH, UK, Iberia) is valuable.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese is mandatory.

Customer Success

This team nurtures client relationships, educates on best practices, reviews metrics, and addresses feedback to maximize value.

• Experience in Hotel-Tech, Customer Success, Hospitality, or SaaS onboarding is valued.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese is mandatory.

People & Finance

This team manages the employee lifecycle, financial, and administrative tasks to foster the desired work culture.

• An analytical mindset and experience in finance within a SaaS company are valuable for the Finance team.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative work in startups is relevant for the People team.
