A leading aerospace company in Marseille is seeking a Health & Safety Business Partner to implement and lead the Occupational Safety and Health strategies. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to enhance safety standards and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, 5 years of experience in health and safety, and excellent communication skills. The role includes collaboration across various sites globally and offers a permanent employment opportunity.
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Health & Safety-Business Partner Division (f/m), based in Marignane, France at Airbus Helicopters headquarters.
You will be part of the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Division team, whose primary responsibilities include:
This position focuses on Occupational Health and Safety. You will contribute to the key missions of our Division's Health & Safety team. You will work in close partnership with the Airbus Helicopters Environmental team, as well as with the Health & Safety Airbus Group team.
In close partnership with H&S Group teams, the local and regional H&S Division network, you will implement the Health and Safety Division's action plan for your assigned Region in the world.
You will also be responsible for certain H&S areas of expertise, which will be distributed among the team members and will depend on your background (e.g., legal expertise, fire protection, radiation, chemical, …).
You will report directly to the Head of Environment, Health, and Safety for Airbus Helicopters, with functional leadership from the H&S Division-Leader.
Major economic hub with Marseille‑Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. It is located near the cities of Aix‑en‑Provence and Marseille, which host a rich cultural and tourist offer. Close to the beaches of the Côte Bleue, it offers many options for water sports activities.
As the Divisional Health & Safety Business Partner under the leadership of the H&S Division Leader and in close collaboration with Environment Health and Safety Airbus Group team, you will contribute to several of the Department’s key missions for your assigned Region in the world:
Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent certification) in Occupational Safety, Health and/or Environment.
Experiences:
Travel: As it is a transnational position, ability to travel regularly to our worldwide sites is required.
Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
