EHS Manager F/M/D – Your future position ?
The position is based in Argenteuil.
As our future EHS Manager, you will manage a team of passionate experts. You will implement and improve all Environmental, Health and Safety functions for 2 sites (Argenteuil and Paris – around 700 employees) in compliance with our Global EHS policies and processes and with all applicable EHS regulations. You will manage risks and driving cultural change to reduce the probability of EHS incidents.
Sounds interesting? In this exciting role, reporting to the HR Director for France, you will:
- Manage the team of 4 people by promoting the development of employees' skills and expertise
- Design and lead the EHS policy and action programme on the sites
- Define and plan safety, health and environmental risk prevention actions on the sites
- Deploy the Global EHS decisions and provide regular reporting
- Actively participate in the operational excellence process, with a strategic vision and the ability to take a step back
- Participate in the development of site projects by ensuring that HSE aspects are taken into account
- Work with HR departments to maintain and develop effective working relationships with employee representatives
- Review accidents and incidents that have occurred, analyse of the causes and implement corrective/preventive action plans
