Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to grow our B2B business in Paris. In this hybrid role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiating and closing deals.

This position reports directly to the General Manager France, giving you direct influence on strategic decisions while remaining highly hands-on. You will also collaborate closely with the commercial, marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, all the way through to the first ride.
  • Identify and target prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, positioning our service as a premium solution for businesses.
  • Engage high-level decision makers, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our offering.
  • Support newly activated accounts to ensure initial success while continuously developing the pipeline.
  • Manage your sales pipeline proactively, build accurate forecasts, and achieve (or exceed) your targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine commercial strategy and share market insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or premium services.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and driving revenue.
  • Experience negotiating with senior decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy building, iterating, and taking ownership of initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, track KPIs, and identify market trends.
  • Resilience, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • This is an office-based role located in Paris. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
