In this role, you will:
  • Lead and coach a diverse sales team to success.
  • Collaborate on account strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets.
  • Build strong customer and channel relationships through regular engagement.
  • Deliver inclusive, value‑driven proposals with both commercial and technical input.
  • Share market feedback to shape customer‑centric innovation.
What we’re looking for:
  • Extensive experience in electric heating sales & applications.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Native fluency in French and strong English proficiency.
