Responsibilities
- Leads the global product development, business planning, and the global product roadmap for the "Accept" product portfolio; responsible for identifying and developing product strategies that deliver tangible business results based on market investigation and analysis.
- Manages and drives a high-performing team of product managers (3 direct reports) focused on the "Accept" product.
- Collaborates with the business to build the roadmap of customer product solutions to drive new business opportunities specifically for the "Accept" service.
- Creates and executes product Go-To-Market strategies for "Accept", supporting business plans, market, and competitor analysis based on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Works closely with Product Owner experts on product design, technology solutions, development, testing, and release, coordinating activities to deliver business products to market.
- Partners with Business Development & Technology teams to optimize solution development, balancing "Accept" product customization and scalability.
- Aligns and executes "Accept" product enhancements or strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
- Advises, influences, and engages colleagues and peers across Thunes to improve processes and tools for successful global "Accept" product deployment, involving marketing, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
- Works with Product Marketing to develop and maintain collateral such as user guides, presentations, marketing content, and demonstrations for "Accept".
- Identifies and resolves issues in developed strategies that could challenge the achievement of financial, strategic, or technical goals for "Accept".
What we are looking for
- At least 7+ years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, Technology, fast-paced startups, or Financial Services, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role leading high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, innovation, and hands-on execution skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset with high energy.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deal with uncertainties.
- Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels and foster collaborative relationships.
- Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, global, and diverse environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- International exposure in a product role with responsibilities across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills, with a passion for new technologies and data-driven decision-making.
