The role requires a strategic approach to destination management, engaging local stakeholders, and implementing marketing strategies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 7 years of experience in tourism or hospitality, including leadership experience. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in destination management, tourism, or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and collaborative project management.
