Head of Delivery - Ecommerce Agency

We’re hiring a Head of Delivery to lead and optimise the delivery of software projects across our client portfolio. You’ll set teams up for success, ensure consistent high-quality delivery, and help evolve our processes as we scale.

About You

• Experienced in delivering complex software projects
• Background in eCommerce and / or agency / consultancy environments
• Skilled in stakeholder management and client-facing leadership
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary and engineering teams
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about positive delivery culture

• Lead delivery across multiple projects and accounts
• Mentor and support Delivery Managers, PMs, and BAs
• Improve delivery practices, tooling, and processes
• Partner with design, engineering, and commercial teams
• Oversee resourcing and project planning
• Support business development and account growth
• Maintain excellent client relationships and outcomes
