Une entreprise spécialisée en achat recherche un Expert Achat International basé à Marseille. Ce poste clé nécessite une expérience significative dans les achats internationaux, notamment dans le secteur aérien. Le candidat idéal devra diriger les processus d'approvisionnement, négocier des contrats complexes et travailler sur des stratégies visant à réduire les coûts tout en maintenant la qualité. Vous devez avoir un Master en domaine pertinent et être fluent en anglais. Un rôle à forte implication impactant la croissance de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans les achats internationaux, de préférence dans le secteur aérien.
• Maîtrise des défis coût/qualité/délai.
• Capacité à influencer et remettre en question les performances des fournisseurs.

• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'approvisionnement durable.

Marseille - Management de Transition - Expert achat international - santé (H/F) - 60k€/85k€ ou TJM

Responsibilities

• Lead the international procurement process for airport services, cargo handling, maintenance, and fuel.
• Define and implement a procurement strategy focused on sustainable cost reduction (cost‑cutting) while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Drive negotiations and renegotiations of international contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Identify performance levers: standardisation, volume consolidation, international tenders, and competitive bidding.
• Conduct market intelligence (fuel prices, airport taxes, cargo trends, industry benchmarks).
• Monitor and challenge supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Work closely with operational teams (cargo, finance, flight operations) to align procurement needs with business strategy.
• Ensure alignment of CCAC procurement procedures with CMA CGM Group standards.

Profile

• Master’s degree (International Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in international procurement within the airline sector (airline, cargo, airport services, or fuel sourcing).
• Strong expertise in international negotiation and management of complex contracts.
• Deep understanding of cost/quality/time challenges in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Fluent in English, French is appreciated (another language is a plus).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, strong negotiation skills, result‑oriented, with the ability to influence and challenge.
• A strategic role at the core of a fast‑growing business.
