The Growth team drives the execution of Fevers business strategy across all markets. We are responsible for ensuring partner performance aligns with expectations and for accelerating growth worldwide.
The New Business team focuses on crafting compelling commercial proposals to secure successful partnerships. We also lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives while providing demand forecasts and identifying optimal locations for both Fever Originals and major third-party events.
Our approach is deeply data-driven from high-level strategic planning to operational execution. This enables us to understand Fevers business model thoroughly and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization to steer growth in the right direction.
Fever is seeking a Growth Manager to join our New Business team. This role will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets. Youll be responsible for leading negotiations, optimizing commercial agreements and unlocking scalable growth opportunities.
As Growth Manager you will lead and oversee all commercial agreements in your assigned region. Working closely with General Managers youll define and improve negotiation strategies and analyze the performance of top-tier partners to create long-lasting high-value collaborations.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone with exceptional analytical skills, strategic vision, team management skills and the ability to execute rapidly in a dynamic international environment.
