Job Summary

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for the organization's current and future hiring needs. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified talent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to find and attract qualified candidates for various roles, especially hard-to-fill and specialized positions;
  • Identify & engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events while promoting the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP);
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to create a consistent talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to the Talent Advisors;
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors to understand job requirements and team needs and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market feedback;
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates) to ensure data integrity and drive continuous process improvement;
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or a similar Talent Acquisition role;
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms;
  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (LinkedIn Recruiter);
  • Ability to use data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions and measure success;
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple reqs in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment;
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and execution.
