Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:

• Be on track to achieve / recently obtained a Master’s degree (or equivalent); diverse academic backgrounds welcomed. For applicants in Germany, a Bachelor’s degree is eligible.
• Internship experience in a relevant sector (e.g., Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); location-based language requirements apply: France (English + French), Luxembourg (English + French or German), Germany (English + German)
• Availability to start in September 2026 (or earlier on a case-by-case basis)
• Genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Ambition, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude
• Team player with a strong sense of teamwork

Application Process:

The multi-stage recruitment process is as follows:

• Apply with your CV (please indicate the area code for your phone number, e.g. +33 for France)
• Cognitive Exercise (30 minutes, virtual) – online exercise to be completed in your own time
• Video Interview (10 minutes, virtual) – record a short video answer to 5 questions on understanding and motivation for joining Alpha
• Interview & Case Study (1h, virtual) – 20-minute background discussion and a 40-minute mini case study
• Final Round Interview (45 minutes, in person) – with a Partner from Alpha Europe

Successful candidates progress through the stages; decisions are communicated as quickly as possible between rounds.
