Job Position Overview

The Product Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the security of AXA GO Products within their scope, supervising and monitoring security throughout their lifecycle. They serve as role models in promoting AXA GO security commitments at the product level and ensure these are adopted. The officer oversees product security and maintains regular security status reports.

As a Security Officer, you will represent AXA GO Security and Product Security to AXA entities, facilitating communication, product adoption, and acting as a key contact for stakeholders. Your role involves raising security issues and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

Organizational Placement

You will join the Group Security division, which defines security standards for AXA entities, oversees overall security posture, and provides centralized services such as Crisis Management and Security Operations Centre.

The security community at AXA comprises 1,000 professionals across disciplines like Information Security, Physical Security, and Operational Resilience, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand, and staff.

Main Missions

• Monitor the Security Threat Landscape.
• Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group.
• Engage with C-Level executives (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO) of AXA entities to drive security objectives.
• Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity.
• Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities.

Security Divisions

• Corporate functions: Security Advisory, Governance, Risk & Assurance, Strategy, and Awareness.
• CyberDefense: Providing security services and products.
• Group Operations Security: Securing the hosting entity.
• Corporate Chief Security Officers: Oversight of security across entities.

Role & Responsibilities

The Security Officer will oversee the security of AXA GO products throughout their lifecycle, engaging with senior management to embed security practices, and ensuring alignment with product strategies. Responsibilities include managing security posture, compliance with policies, risk escalation, reporting, remediation, and coordinating security activities within GO Security teams. The officer acts as a key security advisor to senior management on various security topics, including cybersecurity, privacy, operations, and architecture.

Candidate Profile

We seek candidates with:

• A university degree in security or related fields; a postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in security roles such as CISO, CSO, or equivalent, especially in product-oriented organizations.
• Expertise in Security Governance, Cloud and On-Prem technologies, and security controls.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Security Program Management, AI security controls, Agile methodologies, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships and lead security initiatives.
