A luxury fashion house located in Paris is seeking a Global Top Client Relations Director. The role involves developing client engagement strategies and delivering high-quality experiences for top clients. With 15-20 years of experience in luxury client relations, the candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics. This position requires collaboration with global teams and the ability to travel internationally as needed.
Permanent contract, based in Paris, at the HQ of the Fashion division.
As the Global Top Client Relations Director for CHANEL Fashion, you will play a key role in developing and supporting engagement strategy and programs for our most valued clients globally. Based in Paris, you will work closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to help deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for Top Clients in every market.
Deliver for theFashion’s key strategic cycle Top client strategy leveragingClient intelligence, prospectiveinsightsand analyses.
Partner withGlobal andRegional leaders toidentifynew opportunities,anticipatemarket shifts, and position CHANEL at the forefront of Top Client engagement.
Act as a strategic thought leader, ensuring that all decisions are informed by bothBrand ambitionsand CHANEL’s singular vision, always keepingTop Clients evolving desires and expectations at the heart of every initiative.
Working in partnership with Global and Local teams across Image&Events, Client, and Retail,propose and oversee a comprehensiveglobal 360°TopClient engagement strategy,identifyingpriorities and ensuring these are reflected across collection orchestrations, boutique initiatives, local partnerships, gifting programs, and all other engagementopportunities.
Foster collaboration across markets to ensure best practices are shared and adapted locally.

Work with Top Client teams worldwide tomaintainand enhance service standards.
Create an environment where teams are encouraged to find new ways to improve client service and experience.
Coordinate the planning and deliver experiences, including fashion shows and exclusive events, in partnership withglobalteams.
15-20 years’ experience in luxury client relations and global strategy, ideally within the Fashion or High-end Hospitality sectors.
Strategic,analyticaland creative thinker with a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, and proven experienceparticipatingin strategic presentations withstrong communicationskills and the ability to present effectively in both English and French.
Demonstratedexpertisein designing and executing exceptional experiences and events for Top Client Fashion clientele.
Proven experience managing large teams and budgets, with the ability toallocateresources to maximize impact.
Strong leadership and cultural agility, with the ability to inspire and unify diverse, multicultural teams across markets.
Based in Paris with ability to travel internationally whenrequired.
