This role encompasses developing consumer journeys, leading visual merchandising, and creating training programs for retail teams. Ideal candidates have extensive retail and luxury beauty experiences, are collaborative team players, and are fluent in English, with Spanish as a plus. This is an opportunity to shape brand experiences and drive growth internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail experience in owned stores.
• Luxury and/or prestige beauty experience is preferred.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and build consumer journey inside retail stores.
• Lead training and education functions globally.
• Develop training tools for local education teams.
• Collaborate to create and implement incentive strategies.

Connaissances

Retail experience in direct-to-consumer environment

Luxury and/or prestige beauty experience

Passion for in-store consumer experience

Visual Merchandising Design experience

Strong collaborative skills

Ability to work across functions and cultures

Curiosity
