Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Polish, and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of property administration and real estate regulations.

This position is part of our international property ownership and management headquarters, providing services and support for our operations across multiple countries.

We are currently looking for a motivated and committed:

Responsibilities

• 1 Strategic development and optimisation of all properties owned by the Kronospan Organization to ensure maximum value and efficiency.
• 2 Creation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive real estate inventory (land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties).
• 3 Administrative and technical verification of properties, including coordination of regular technical inspections.
• 4 Identifying potential tenants and investors, conducting negotiations, and managing lease agreements.
• 5 Coordinating modernisation, renovation, and development projects, including managing contractors and tenders.
• 6 Supporting real estate acquisition processes and identifying potential investment opportunities.
• 7 Maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, tenants, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 Minimum 3 years of multinational experience in property/real estate management, facility management, or a similar role.
• 2 University degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 Fluent English, Polish, and German; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Romanian, Bulgarian, or others relevant to our business will be an advantage.
• 4 Strong knowledge of property administration, real estate regulations, and building maintenance.
• 5 Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• 6 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 7 Willingness to travel globally as required, to locations including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other regions where the company operates or invests.
