Context

Within Finance & Control / Legal Affairs, you report to the Group Consolidation & Accounting Policy Director and directly contribute to high‑quality, compliant internal and external publications.

Your Role

You act as the key partner to one third of our Territories’ Chief Accounting Officers and their teams to ensure reporting quality and compliance, certify proper application of IFRS and Group Reporting standards, and drive balance sheet reviews and management communication.

Your Missions
  • Analyze specific transactions requiring advanced IFRS expertise; present and justify positions to external auditors; actively follow IFRS/IFRIC/AMF/ESMA updates,
  • Support territories to implement and improve global accounting processes and Key Internal Controls to increase standardization and compliance,
  • Advise businesses on new offer schemes or unusual transactions to optimize compliance and margin,
  • Contribute to a dynamic M&A pipeline: pre‑deal due diligence, deal accounting analysis, support for disposed/acquired businesses,
  • Be part of Finance transformation and the build of E2E Accounting (process automation, local tools/ERP deployment compliant with Group policy),
  • Invest in talents: provide monthly IFRS trainings, animate the Accounting Leaders Community, and contribute to the best‑in‑class accounting handbook.
Your Profile
  • Graduate from business school, university or engineering school,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience including successful audit experience or within an international Group applying IFRS
  • Proven expertise in complex accounting analysis,
  • Fluent English & French.
