• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition Executive.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Experience handling remote or international teams preferred.
• Familiarity with hiring platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns.
