Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a multi-sectoral client portfolio.
  • Preparing, issuing, and checking payslips.
  • Handling social declarations and maintaining relations with social organizations.
  • Managing personnel administration: drafting employment contracts, amendments, mutual terminations, and dismissal procedures.
  • Providing legal advice in social law, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Handling dismissals: managing all administrative and legal procedures related to dismissals.
