Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Java / Angular Developer.
• Experience with Spring Boot 3.X and Websphere.
• Ability to create projects using Angular 15 or above.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database modeling with PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English for daily discussions.

Our team within the Digital & IT Community is eagerly awaiting its new Full Stack Tech Lead.

Your future team

You’ll join a cross-functional team modernizing critical dealer-facing apps. We own the full lifecycle —architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement. Every 10 weeks we pause delivery for Innovation Days to explore new tech and ideas.Your work will directly impacthow thousands of dealers run their daily operations.

Your mission, if you accept it :

• Develop corrections and improvements to the product while respecting the team's and Product Owner's acceptance criteria.
• Ensure code quality to limit vulnerabilities, technical and functional regressions of the product.
• Be responsive in the event of a critical incident occurring on the product and restore service within the deadlines mentioned in the SLAs.
• Engage with users to gather their needs and take them into account.
• Stay up-to-date with technological developments and be a driving force for proposing changes to avoid any technical debt risks.
• As part of the development team : actively contribute to all agile ceremonies, propose and implement improvement tracks.
• Be an actor in the team's good health (cohesion, collaboration).
• Within the Software Engineer Chapter, share your knowledge and experiences with other team members and peers.

Who are you?

• You have a master's degree in computer science and at least 8 year of experience as a Java / Angular Developer.
• You have used Spring Boot 3.X and have exposure to Websphere .
• You can create projects using Angular 15 minimum.
• You have experience with DevSecOps using Azure Devops , SonarQube , and Fortify .
• Good knowledge of SQL and database modeling with PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English is mandatory for daily discussions with other team members and users.
• Knowledge of the Openshift platform and Docker is a plus.
• Your colleagues and clients trust you because of your transparency, commitment, and reliability.
• You have an appetite for technological watch.
• Testing and learning are second nature to you.
• You are resilient and used to evolving in changing environments.
