About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Pastry Department, the Fruit Commis reports to the Sous Chef.

As Fruit Commis, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Cut fruit salads for breakfast service
• Prepare sliced fruit plates for all restaurants
• Prepare fruit verrines for banquets
• Prepare diced fruit for breakfast buffets
• Prepare red fruit verrines for St Germain and the Brasserie
• Organize and store daily fruit trolleys
• Place orders for the following day and manage fruit stock
