• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone.
• Deliver professional customer service in both French and English.
• Support customers both pre- and post-sales for self-service products.
• Assist users with tools and products to improve overall customer experience.
• Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them.
