We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the French market , dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Providing expert support to French-speaking customers via phone and email
• Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions
• Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail

In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract , which includes private health insurance , meal allowance , and ongoing support throughout your journey.

Relocation support is provided and includes furnished accommodations , utility coverage , and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon.
