• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies
• Review flagged content in French, assessing for accuracy, safety, and policy violations
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain clear documentation of decisions
• Apply internal guidelines consistently and fairly (Safety & Accuracy)
• Make judgments that balance policy enforcement with cultural sensitivities
• Ensure a safe online experience for users
• Collaborate with your team to meet quality and productivity targets
• Receive continuous training and coaching
• Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in French (C1/C2)
• English B2 level for internal communication

• Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other start dates available)
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
• Experience in moderation or customer-facing roles is a plus – but not required
