A major hotel group in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a finance professional to join the PME FP&A team. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of data and reports, support various regional teams, and develop guidelines for performance reviews. Fluency in English and advanced skills in financial modeling and Excel are essential. This is a full-time position, and remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Curiosity, transparency, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in finance or an analytical field is a plus.

Responsabilités

As a member of the global PME (Premium Midscale Economy) FP&A team you will contribute to a variety of key missions including:

• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the division (network statistics P&L and cash flow)
• Preparing and delivering monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses for PME Management
• Supporting regional FP&A teams and collaborating with Group FP&A
• Developing templates and guidelines for performance reviews
• Monitoring the preparation of budgets forecasts and business plans within the division
• Partnering with other finance teams including Hotel Finance Development and SMDL-AT
