Typical Accountabilities
- Works closely with Director of Sales Training to ensure training needs are aligned with the needs of the sales force and Brand Teams
- Manages Sales Trainers in delivering product related and leadership training and initiatives
- Sets objectives, coaches / mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for team of Sales Trainers
- Manages resource allocation, training budget, and high level relationships with external vendors
- May occasionally conduct high level training

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Essential : Bachelors degree; Thorough understanding of market dynamics within therapeutic area; Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, coach, and develop; Demonstrated presentation, negotiation, and verbal / written communication skills
- Desirable : Training experience; Previous exposure and / or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
