A global biopharmaceutical company in Aubigny-sur-Nère is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to oversee the training needs aligned with sales force objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership skills, adept in coaching and performance development. This role involves managing Sales Trainers and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Works closely with Director of Sales Training to ensure training needs are aligned with the needs of the sales force and Brand Teams
  • Manages Sales Trainers in delivering product related and leadership training and initiatives
  • Sets objectives, coaches / mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for team of Sales Trainers
  • Manages resource allocation, training budget, and high level relationships with external vendors
  • May occasionally conduct high level training

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Desirable : Training experience; Previous exposure and / or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
