Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Must be fluent in both French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT tools is necessary.

• Lead and coordinate a team of maids and valets.

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Floor Supervisor.

Key accountabilities :

• Responsible for all assigned area's floorcleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines
• Guarantees the perfect preparation of rooms for all guest
• Complete floor check at assigned time
• Checks and renews floral decorations in the rooms, in collaboration with our team of florists
• Assists maids and valets if required by the activity
• Ensures proper operation of all technical facilities available to customers
• Ensures the hiring, training, motivating, mentoring and development of department members
• Leads, coordinates and manages the activity and team of valets, maids and crew members on the floor or floors entrusted to him/her to optimize results

General requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar field
• Curiosity and open-mindedness
• Fluent both in French and English (third language appreciated)
• Knowledge and practice of IT tools
• Availability, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy
• Developed attention to detail
