A local restaurant is seeking a full-time kitchen manager to coordinate events and manage kitchen operations. Responsibilities include planning menus, training staff, and ensuring food quality and safety. The suitable candidate must have experience in food preparation and management, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
