Qualifications

• Diplôme d'une Grande École ou équivalent en Finance.
• Expérience souhaitée en cabinet d'audit ou en contrôle opérationnel.
• Connaissance technique solide en comptabilité.

Responsabilités

• Diriger les processus de clôture mensuelle et garantir l'exactitude des écritures comptables.
• Animer le processus budgétaire et standardiser les procédures financières.
• Analyser les écarts entre prévisions et performances réelles.

We're hiring a Financial Controller / Management Controller (F/M) – Permanent Contract – based in Tours (37), France

Are you looking to make an impact in a fast-growing, multi-entity organization operating in real estate and construction? We’re strengthening ourPerformance Management Team and are seeking a talented Financial Controller to support group-level financial operations and decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly closing processes and ensure accurate accounting entries
• Lead the group budgeting process and standardization of financial procedures
• Analyze variances between forecasted and actual performance
• Oversee activity reporting from subsidiaries
• Contribute to implementing decision-making tools (ERP, dashboards, etc.)
• Support integration of new subsidiaries into group finance systems
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
• Coach and develop local finance teams
• Partner with operational directors on cross-functional projects
• Strengthen internal controls

Your Profile:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Grande École, University, or equivalent)
• Ideally, experience in an audit firm and operational controlling roles
• Solid technical accounting knowledge
• Strong command of reporting tools and ERP systems
• Interest in real estate and construction sectors
• Fluent French is essential
• You're rigorous, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments
