Qualifications

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that complex organizational structures operate effectively within financial, tax, and HR frameworks. You will collaborate with diverse teams to implement a sustainable financial model that supports the growth and compliance of the organization. Additionally, your strategic insights will help optimize the processes related to transfer pricing and intra-group services, ultimately impacting the overall performance of the organization. Your recommendations will play a crucial role in navigating the evolving landscape of international tax, making this a highly impactful position.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinate between complex organizations that require intra-group services
  • Interview key stakeholders to identify value-adding functions and processes
  • Leverage functional experts to enhance performance management of mutualized organizations
  • Act as a single point of contact for the implementation of mutualized organizations framework
  • Manage finance processes ensuring compliance with HR and tax regulations
  • Support the definition and implementation of new mutualized organizations
  • Animate the budget process within the Finance community
  • Participate in the Group’s transfer pricing policy and provide guidance on adjustments
Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in international transfer pricing and tax
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial process management
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
