An innovative European company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to spearhead its technical team in the U.S. operations. We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer for one of our clients, an innovative European company specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-precision CNC machines and automation systems.
Position based in Indianapolis area (Chicago / Great Lakes also possible), with regular travel to customer sites (approx. 20–40%).
As part of the launch of its U.S. operations, our client is recruiting its first technical team member on the ground.
Following a 4-to-6-week onboarding and technical training period in Europe, you will be responsible for:
You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and have 3 to 5 years’ experience in field service, commissioning, or industrial equipment support.
You have a strong knowledge of CNC systems.
You combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills. You enjoy working in the field, solving problems, and building long-term relationships with customers while operating independently in a growing environment.
Finally, you are willing to travel (20–40% of the time).
