This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high‑quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.
The Facility FSQR Lead France will plan, develop, and maintain all food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance systems at a site. In this role, you will lead the implementation of policies, continuous improvement processes, and systems, shaping the site’s food safety and quality culture while driving talent management practices. You will work closely with the local and on‑site leadership team and report to the Site Director. You will also be a member of the Plant Management Committee.
You will lead an operational team of quality experts, consisting of around twenty people, including three managers.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a center of excellence for Quality, at a flagship plant.
