As Export Service Manager, you will be the go‑to expert for our international partners.
- Providing technical support to export distributors with efficiency and professionalism.
- Analyzing recurring field issues and sharing insights with internal teams and factories.
- Acting as a liaison between distributors and factories to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhancing local expertise through regular visits and training sessions.
- Driving after‑sales growth in collaboration with our Parts Business Unit.
- Overseeing technical training programs and related activities.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing service performance reports for distributors.
- Contributing to the annual service strategy alongside the Export Director.
- Managing service activities for direct international sales.

Skills & Requirements
- Engineering degree or BTS in mechanics, hydraulics, or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, agricultural machinery, heavy trucks, industrial equipment, or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and support distributor teams.
- Autonomous and organized, capable of managing priorities and projects independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical diagrams; solid engine knowledge.
- Familiarity with telematics and maintenance contracts.
- Experience working with dealer or distributor networks.
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish, Dutch, or German is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Passion for technical products and willingness to travel (approximately 50%).
