A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an Expert in Road Bridge Engineering to provide technical assistance for the ASPIRE-AT programme in Cambodia. The role requires a university degree in civil engineering and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should have successfully completed two projects related to bridge design and construction. This position will support key activities funded by the EIB, starting in December 2025.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the design and/or construction of road/transport bridges.
• Successfully completed at least two projects involving planning, designing and/or bridge construction.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Cambodia.
• Support the EIB-financed activities under ASPIRE-AT.

Connaissances

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Fluent in English

Formation

University degree in civil and/or structural engineering

Professional qualification in engineering for bridge design and construction

Overview

NTU is preparing a proposal for : “Technical assistance for ASPIRE-AT programme in Cambodia” and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Cambodia and to the support the EIB-financed activities under ASPIRE-AT.

Location : Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Duration : The intended start date is December 2025 and all components and tasks are expected to be completed within 48 months from the start date.

Key Expert : Expert in Road Bridge Engineering

️ Qualifications and skills :

• A university degree in civil and / or structural engineering or in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification in engineering or in a relevant discipline for bridge design and construction.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

️ General professional experience :

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the design and / or construction of road / transport bridges.

️ Specific professional experience :

• Should have successfully completed at least two projects involving planning, designing and / or bridge construction, out of which at least one should be implemented in South – Asia countries.
