Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Executive Grading Specialist (f / m) to join our Executive Reward team based in Toulouse France.

Within this organization the Executive Reward team manages contracts compensation and grading processes of Airbus Executives (Band III and above) all Divisions and worldwide.
In the team of the Head of Executive Reward the Executive Grading Manager manages day‑to‑day activity within the team and supports the full range of grading topics: methodology, job evaluations, analytics and reporting as well as ad‑hoc projects.

To lead and act as the guarantor of the internal job evaluation methodology for all populations at Airbus coordinating through and supported by the Job Value Community of Practice (Airbus internal community).
Ensure the proper implementation of the grading methodologies for our Executive population ensuring consistency across all Functions, Divisions and locations (Willis Tower Watson methodology, Onion methodology):
Conduct job evaluations for new and existing Executive jobs and provide detailed outcomes for Executive Reward and Ho HRs final review and validation. Therefore act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to the Executive job evaluation.
Establish and / or enforce and / or reinforce policies, procedures and guidelines for job grading in close collaboration with the Job Value Community of Practice (internal community of grading managers in all Divisions). It includes creating and / or maintaining documentation and guidance on the grading framework.
Lead and animate the Job Value Community of Practice (Consistency Executives / Non‑Executives Consistency cross Divisions / locations best practice sharing simplification including Airbus job catalogues) define and set a new governance model.
Run the quarterly Executive Landscape reviews (e.g. for Commercial Aircraft) with TEM (Talent and Executive Management team) and the Senior HRBPs / Ho HRs.
For quarterly reports edit statistics and coordinate data consolidation across Divisions (e.g. Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defence and Space).
Provide ad‑hoc specific follow‑up and data analysis on key strategic initiatives.
Act as the Workday Business Owner for the implementation of the grading of the position in Workday.
Inject new ways of working to modernise the grading activity leveraging Artificial Intelligence, G‑Sites and any other digital tools.
Serve as a key contributor to the strategic AI project from grading to salary offer.
Provide expert grading support to critical HR projects (core countries and Regions) including internal reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions implementations.
You have strong experience and knowledge in job evaluation and grading with expert knowledge of the Willis Tower Watson (WTW) grading methodology.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence and build trustful relationships with Senior HRs and business leaders.
You have excellent analytical and project management skills.
You have a demonstrated experience in a large‑scale international and complex matrix organisation.
You have a proactive and innovative mindset with an interest in leveraging digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to improve our HR processes.
You are well organised and you are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise and manage time effectively.
You are a great team player and you like to work in a collaborative and transnational / transdivisional team.
You speak fluent and have excellent writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
If you have excellent Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides) it is a plus.
If you have already used Workday / MyPULSE as internal HR information system and worked with it on a day‑to‑day basis it is a plus.
