Position Overview
You will report directly to the company's senior management, serving as a critical communication bridge and business partner. You will assist in handling high-level administrative, commercial, and communication matters, ensuring the executive's work is carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner.
Core Responsibilities
- Administration & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, travel, meeting arrangements, and daily tasks, ensuring proper prioritization.
- Professional Communication & Interpretation: Provide language support for the executive in business meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Must be capable of conducting high-quality Chinese-English simultaneous or consecutive interpretation to ensure precise and smooth communication.
- Document & Report Handling: Draft, translate, organize, and archive various business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Industry Research & Support: Monitor global fashion industry developments, market trends, and competitor information, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize, prepare, and follow up on important internal and external meetings (e.g., board meetings, supplier meetings, fashion shows), and be responsible for meeting minutes and action item tracking.
- Cross-cultural Bridge: Assist in communication with overseas teams, clients, and partners, mediate cultural differences, and promote efficient collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors such as English Translation (proficiency in French is a plus), International Business, Fashion Management, or related fields.
- Formal work experience in simultaneous interpretation or advanced consecutive interpretation, with the ability to perform accurate language conversion in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of the fashion industry, familiar with industry terminology, brands, and operational models.
- Willingness and ability to work long-term overseas (at the designated location), with outstanding cross-cultural adaptability and flexibility.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility and absolute commitment to confidentiality.
