What role will you play?

You will primarily support the Real Asset team in the Paris office. You will play an essential role in keeping the team organized and operating effectively. You will work with a dynamic and enthusiastic group of professionals, whose work is recognized as industry-leading. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile events and functions, both internally and externally, ranging from conferences to team-building events. You will also provide on-site support to ensure all events run smoothly and represent Macquarie to the highest standard.

What you offer

You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role within an international organization. Experience in the finance industry is highly regarded. You should be confident working with senior colleagues across different offices and possess exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will have:

  • Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
