A global financial solutions company seeks a People Partner to support Field Sales teams across France and new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced organizations, strong stakeholders management skills, and fluency in English and French or Italian. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance core people processes and ensure the success of sales leaders and teams. Qualifications

  • Experience in a People Partner role in a scaling environment.
  • Understanding of sales support, especially for consultants.
  • Knowledge of employment law in France and Italy.

Responsabilités

  • Advise Field Sales teams on strategic hiring and organizational structure.
  • Support onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Coach leaders on feedback and people decisions.

Connaissances

People Partner experience in a fast‑paced, scaling organisation
Experience supporting Sales teams
Solid understanding of employment law in France and Italy
Strong change management skills
Fluency in English and French and/or Italian
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
High resilience and ability to build trust quickly
