A leading renewable energy company is looking for an EPCm - Procurement Manager to lead the procurement process, ensuring alignment with project needs and company strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a master's degree in a relevant field. This permanent position is based in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, starting in November 2025.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in renewable energy or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and contract negotiation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus.

GENERAL INFORMATION

EPCm - Procurement Manager M / F

YOUR MISSIONS

• Lead Procurement process, ensuring alignment with project needs and company strategy
• Support Business Development during origination phase with procurement strategy and cost inputs
• Manage supplier / service selection, negotiation, and contract finalization
• Manage the contract negotiation and preparation, with the support of the Legal Department when and if needed, in line with project requirements
• Participate actively to contract fiscal aspects to define the optimized structure (onshore vs offshore, subsidiary creation, permanent establishment...)
• Participate and contribute actively to the preparation of the Financing Agreements with Lenders and to reach Financial Closing when and if needed
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with Legal and Contract Management on Procurement-related clauses § - Monitor supplier / contractor performance and delivery timelines
• Manage Logistics & Quality Control for manufacturing and delivery oversight
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in renewable energy or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and contract negotiation
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement toolsFluent in English; Portuguese or French is a plus
