Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe, de préférence dans un environnement startup.
  • Doit être à l'aise dans un environnement de travail à distance et asynchrone.
  • Bonne compréhension des concepts liés à l'IA.

? The Role

We’re looking for a Engineering Manager to join our Agentic Platform team and help us animate the roadmap as well as managing the team and ensure the well-being of everyone. You’ll work closely with the product team for priorizing the roadmap and with the Data/IA team to structure the new platform.

You will be mostly hands-on during the first months, you must be proficient in code and have significant experience of building and structuring new product with the help of other stakeholders (CTO, VPs)

? Your Responsibilities
  • Is responsible for the team mindset and happiness

  • Must conduct correctly the 1:1 and the annual evaluation with help of SE

  • Is responsible of the evaluation, the objectives and the expectations to help its team to achieve their career path

  • Must be aware at all time of the progress on any ongoing task within the team

  • Is accountable for the ETAs of all ongoing tasks within the team

  • Must challenge product on definitions, needs, timing & roadmap

? Who You’ll Work With
  • You report to the VP of Software Engineering and work closely with other Engineering Managers to ensure the alignment of practices and the well-being of the Software Engineering Team globally

  • You work closely with Product Management, and technical leadership to be able to plan correctly and ensure the correct pace of your software team

  • You must mentor and guide your team in their career path and shine at their most at Filigran

  • You work closely with the Data/IA team to be able to provide the best possible platform

? Profile We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, bonus if it’s in a start-up or scale-up environment

  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment

  • Strong technical skills with a large experience as Software Engineer, preferrably in Javascript/Typescript

  • Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit

  • Willingness and interest in working on an IA oriented platform, good understanding of the concepts

  • Bonus point:Some experience in the cybersecurity field, good knowledge of our competitor and partners
