A global investment bank is seeking a Payroll Practitioner to ensure the accuracy of payroll for Germany, Austria, and France. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the Paris office. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, fluency in German or French and English, and at least 3 years of payroll experience. It's an essential position to support payroll operations across multiple countries and often involves compliance with local legislation and regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Practitioner to ensure Houlihan Lokey’s payroll process is executed flawlessly and will scale with the growth of our business. This is an amazing opportunity to be a key contributor to the payroll team. This role reports into the International Payroll Supervisor. The Payroll Practitioner will work closely with our Workday HRIS, Compensation, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, and International Payroll Vendor/Platform teams.
This is a hybrid working position which requires a minimum of 2-3 days working in our Frankfurt or Paris office.
